- As Seen On -

For the last 10 years, Dee has been focusing on the triad that makes up her 3-pillar approach to health – bridging the gap between Nutrition, Exercise & Mindset.
She believes mainstream marketing messages on diet culture are confusing us and pushing us further from true health and wellness – missing the point and creating a pure numbers game.
Her mission is to educate the world on what health truly is (i.e. health from your cells to your soul) and has already helped thousands of clients become the best version of themselves and achieve their dreams.
After having her 1st child in 2017 Dee was plucked straight from university to head up a bustling Sydney wellness clinic where she thrived treating CEOs and the like.
It was here that ease and simplicity became core principles for her treatment plans and education, and where she truly realised the impact of stress and burnout.
Prior to Nutritional Medicine, being a Personal Trainer in Sydney and London allowed Dee to realise her expertise in fitness and body composition.
As a 3-time National Beauty Pageant Winner, Dee’s world also opened into the beauty industry – where she developed expertise in skin (acne) and energy, and how beauty from the inside out works on a cellular level.
“There’s so many things about nutrition the average person doesn’t know. People don’t realise how important food is for people to function. People don’t even connect food and sleep.”
Romy began her journey with Dee through mentoring in 2020.
“When we connected, I could tell it was a great vibe. I feel the message Dee sends and the way she practises is so similar to my values about Nutrition and food. I just knew in my gut from the get-go!”
Romy’s journey began at 17 years old when she fell ill with a parasite.
This changed her relationship with food in a negative way which was a large struggle which she overcame by realising the power of food.
She had to re-learn how food impacted the healing of her mind and body, and since she’d always loved biology and science she would find herself researching about the human body to help herself heal.
The journey led her to Torrens University in 2018 where she began a Bachelor of Clinical Nutrition.
